BABE OF THE WEEK MODEL RELEASE*:

I understand that "Babe of the Week" is a competition sponsored by SPI BikeFest, Inc., a Texas Non-profit Corporation, hereafter referred to as BikeFest, to be recognized as BikeFest's "Babe of the Week".
MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT: Eighteen (18) years of age.
I irrevocably and absolutely consent to the use my first name, age and image for all purposes of "Babe of the Week" and hereby release, discharge, and indemnify BikeFest, directors and its sponsors, from any and all liabilities and claims arising out of posting my image on the BikeFest website or BikeFest related social media sites.
This Agreement constitutes the sole, complete and exclusive agreement between BikeFest and me, and I am not relying on any other oral or written representation.
